| The ACOSIL® pastes are pigment dispersions free of binder, suitable
for colouring aqueous systems such as emulsion paints, textile
printing, inks, adhesives, paper pulp, pressed wood, etc...
Pastes may be mixed among them to get the desired shade,
obtaining an easier incorporation to the system. The information contained herein is based on a colour strength
standard of the pigment paste, therefore, values of the pigment
content are approximated. Properties: - ACOSIL pastes contain polymeric dispersing agent, wetting agent
and
a low quantity of preserver. - Provide good storage stability. - Minimal drying tendency being not freezing sensitive. - Miscible in any proportion. - Avoid dispersion process. ACOSIL pastes may be mixed themselves
with no limit, in aqueous systems. These new mixed ACOSIL pastes,
do
not show any gust and spot problems in colour extensions.
Applications:
- Indoor and outdoor water system paints.
- Paints in aqueous systems in full and reduced shades.
- Lime facing and plasters.
- Silicate paints and floated works (only with inorganic types).
