1. INFORMATION TO THE USER

Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?

PROQUIMAC PFC, S.A. will be responsible for the processing of personal data of those who have created a profile on any of its social networks.

The treatment will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of:

  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR).

  • Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD).

Why do we process your personal data?

Purpose of processing:
To maintain a relationship between the USER and PROQUIMAC PFC, S.A. (hereinafter, the RESPONSIBLE PARTY), which may include:

  • Handle requests and inquiries to the person in charge.

  • Report on activities and events organized by the person in charge.

  • To inform about products or services offered by the responsible party.

  • Interact through official profiles.

When the RESPONSIBLE collects and processes personal data through its social networks, USERS will be informed about the purpose of the collection and their rights.

Personal data will be used only for the purposes indicated and will be kept securely.

Legal basis for processing

The processing is based on the explicit consent given by the USER for one or more specific purposes (Article 6.1.a GDPR).

The USER may at any time access the privacy policies of the social network itself and configure his/her profile to ensure his/her privacy.

How long will we keep your data?

The data will be kept as long as the USER does not revoke the consent given, as indicated in this policy.

To whom do we provide your personal data?

The information provided by the USER through the RESPONSIBLE PERSON’S social networks, including his/her personal data, may be published – depending on the services used – and made publicly available to other users.

From his/her profile, the USER can:

  • Configure what information you want to make public.

  • Review the permissions granted.

  • Delete or deactivate them.

The communication of personal data to third parties outside the social network is not foreseen, unless it is essential for the development of the purposes of the treatment.

In this case, it will only be carried out with service providers related to communications, with whom the RESPONSIBLE has signed the corresponding confidentiality and data processor contracts in accordance with current legislation.

What are your rights?

The USER may exercise the following rights with respect to the information under the CONTROLLER’s control:

  • Right to withdraw consent at any time.

  • Right of access, rectification, portability and deletion of your data.

  • Right of limitation or opposition to the treatment.

  • The right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority(www.aepd.es) if you believe that the processing does not comply with the regulations in force.

2. USE OF THE PROFILE

The RESPONSIBLE may carry out the following actions:

  • Access to public profile information.

  • Publication on the USER’S profile of information already published on the RESPONSIBLE PERSON’S social network.

  • Sending personal and individual messages through the social network channels.

  • Updates of the status of the page that will be published in the USER’s profile.

The USER can control his/her connections, remove content and restrict who he/she shares information with by accessing his/her profile privacy settings.

3. PUBLICATIONS

The purpose of the social networks is to give visibility and dissemination to the activities developed by the RESPONSIBLE.

These tools store personal data on the servers of the respective services and are governed by their own privacy policies.

The USER, by following or joining the RESPONSIBLE’s social network, will be able to publish:

  • Comments

  • Links

  • Images

  • Photographs

  • Videos

  • Other multimedia content

The USER must be the owner of the published content or have the corresponding copyrights and intellectual property rights, as well as the consent of affected third parties when necessary.

Rules of use

Any publication that:

  • Violate morals, ethics, good taste or decorum.

  • Infringes intellectual or industrial property rights.

  • Violate the right to the image or the legislation in force.

Offensive, defamatory, illegal or inappropriate comments will not be tolerated.

The RESPONSIBLE reserves the right to:

  • Remove such content without prior notice.

  • Request the permanent blocking of the responsible USER.

The RESPONSIBLE PARTY shall not be responsible for the contents freely published by the USER.

The images published will not be stored in any file of the RESPONSIBLE, although they will remain on the social network.

4. DATA OF MINORS OR PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL ABILITIES

It is recommended to review the terms of use and privacy policies of each social network at the time of registration, taking into account the age requirements established.

The RESPONSIBLE is expressly exonerated from any liability arising from the use of social networks by minors or persons with special abilities, whose access must be under the supervision and control of their legal representatives.

The RESPONSIBLE reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through social media profiles and/or the corporate website.
